Terms and Conditions for the submission of anagrams

• By offering your anagrams for inclusion in the Archive you are giving us permission for them to be used in a wide variety of commercial and non-commercial ways. (You are, of course, free to make use of your own anagrams in any way you see fit, even after submitting them. Our search facility can be used to give you an up-to-date list.) In legal terminology you are granting us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license which includes the right to create and sub-license derivative works.
• In return we shall permanently associate your name with any submitted and accepted anagrams so you can be credited with their discovery and if we decide to publish your anagram on our website we will acknowledge your contribution by the anagram (if you wish). At our sole discretion, we may also credit you in other places the anagrams are used.
• You accept that the award of any cash or other prizes (or any decision regarding eligibility) in any current or future anagram competition is at the sole discretion of the judge or judges.
• You represent that the credit and date of any anagrams you submit are correct to the best of your knowledge and belief.
• You grant us unfettered editorial discretion to accept, reject or alter any anagrams/subjects that you submit. Alterations may include changes to the word-order, punctuation, capitalisation or any other changes that the editor decides are necessary or desirable.
